At Wonder Picks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds only in specific cases as outlined below.

💸 Eligibility for refunds

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a wrong item that differs from what you ordered.

📦 How to request a refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at pickswonder66@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include:
   - Your Order ID
   - A clear unboxing video showing the issue
   - A brief description of the problem
3. Our team will review the request within 2 business days.

🔁 Refund process

- If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
- Once received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Refunds not applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Request made after 48 hours of delivery
- Product returned is used, damaged by customer, or not in original packaging
- No unboxing video provided
- For reasons like "changed my mind"
